Ted...  you may be suffering from either a  routing issue or the ip  of  
your Internet provider   has  been blacklisted at the data center.  did  it   
connect  up  for you?  please advise... Ed#

It worked for me, Ted.
Nevertheless, try going to just <http://www.smecc.org/  
television.htm>.  At the top of the page is a clickable link  "Mt.  
Wilsom BEll Labs Microwave TV Link Expirment"  (yes, the  link IS  
misspelled, in two places).  That should get you  there.  And yes, it's  
worth the effort.
