[QuadList] Identify this machine

I have limited information on this machine beyond what I've already posted.  I believe it predates the TR-5, but it was contemporaneous with the TR-22.  I would doubt that the servo system would provide playback locked to an external source, but that is just a guess as the broadband recorders designed for instrumentation work had a completely different servo system.  I further suspect that the "standard quad mode" of this machine was intended primarily for acquisition and possibly basic playback, but not for "studio" use.  I suspect that the best it might have been able to do would have been a vertical lock, but quite possibly only a line lock.  If anyone else has more specific info, please share!  David?
