[QuadList] universal colortec (was why buy Quad)

Getting a 1200B that is NTSC and 525/625 is one thing. The problem is 
the Universal colortec. I suggested to Tim that it might be possible to 
use the regular TBC for NTSC and replace it with an external TBC like 
Kramer for PAL. He was willing to try it if I hop over the Pond with a 
tape. If that is possible it makes for one step to be a bit easier. This 
would make a good multi standard machine.
