[QuadList] The Archive function has been fixed!

The QuadList Archives are back and complete.  A permissions error on  
one preferences file was the culprit, apparently glitched when our  
hosting company moved the website from one server to another back in  
late May.

You'll see a bunch of "daily" archives from then to today, caused by  
my changing the setting from "monthly" to "daily" in an effort to see  
if that fixed things.

When they restored the function, it made a daily archive whenever  
there was activity on any day.

It has now been restored to "monthly."
