CBS legal has already arranged with the Aliens to pay their overdue
Retrans payments.

The 83 episodes of 'Lost In Space' which aired on CBS-TV between
September 15, 1965, and March 6, 1968, and which will be reflecting
back to Earth starting September 15, 2015, should really drive our
Nielson ratings.
