well is a  tbc freeze II a proc amp and a time base corrector in  one?

There are 2 of the 3M P-50 proc amps on eBay now.  The Pesa box is a  newer 
unit, but is otherwise identical.  I had forgotten one of the  "features" 
of the P-50 is a switchable pulse-cross monitor output that lets  you use any 
monitor to display the blanking intervals in order to easily see  head 
switching points and tension errors.
