[QuadList] Sugestions on how to clean sappers.

Lee: 

To get clarity... are you saying that reels were laid flat (flanges parallel to the shelf)?

Are you saying the glue from the foam has soaked through the wraps of tape?

All the way through to the non-foam "back" flange?


That may help people get a better understanding of your situation, and provide a better answer.
