[QuadList] OT- Live TV likely looked like via an Iconoscope tube in the early years of TV

Today, we see any Iconoscope images from the 1930's and 40's through  
the medium of film, recorded via a Kinescope recorder that shot a TV  
monitor, since videotape didn't come into use until 1956.

But there's an opportunity to see what an Iconoscope image looks like  
when recorded today:

It's a 15 minute documentary about a Japanese gentleman who has made a  
working, Iconoscope camera using a very old but good-condition  
Iconocsope tube and modern electronic circuits.

The documentary shows how good television might have looked— 
particularly in the studio—and when all parts of the system were  
working well.
