		I state:

	That is still the case in New York even though there is no longer a  
real reason to do so.  Avid edit sequences generally start at  
10;59;59;14 providing 3 frames for the slate and 13 frames of black  
before first picture begins at exactly 11 hours.  Old habits die VERY  
slowly.   ;)
