[QuadList] Another Jeporady Question-Quads not made by Ampex or RCA

Hi, Chris,
I'd argue the point, since manufacturers—even ones the size of RCA and
Ampex—don't always make all of their own component level parts or
subassemblies.
When Visual/Allen made the V/A Quads, Bosch was simply a mechanical
parts supplier of two subassemblies for a machine V/A designed, then
manufactured the electronics and assembled a completed system.
