[QuadList] FW: QuadList-Uncaught bounce notification

Posed this question to a fellow engineer (station's transmitter engineer,
who deals with high power equipment, much of it older).  His answer:

"Digikey still lists large electrolytics, but shows no stock.  Newark had a
.15F, 50V available for $112, and 50 in stock.  I think he's not looking
hard enough, or maybe size is a problem.  Although, electrolytic caps are
smaller per uf these days than they used to be.

For a +/- 12V supply, the capacitance value is not critical.  Anything above
.145F @ at least 20V will work, as long as you don't get too carried away.
Size of replacement vs. available space becomes the issue.
