[QuadList] AVR3 Power Supply caps question

Have a AVR3 power supply cap question, 
 
On the + & - 12 volt supply, the schematic calls for two 145,000uf @ 20v caps. 
It appears that this cap is now obsolete. 
 
Does anybody know of source for a replacement?
