That's my recollection of the Spin physics heads too They were brittle, don't even think of taking a cotton bud to them if they clogged on air and RCA were unhappy to rework the heads after them We have one from Spin Physics (rebuilt by them?). It is bad. If you attempt to thread tape through it and spin up the head wheel, it cuts the tape. TrevorB UK member
