[QuadList] TRT-1 rack 4

The solid state servo was an add on at extra cost.  The first part was Switch lock and consisted of two modules for the capstan.  Pix lock was the additional modules that replaced the head servo chassis.  The 24 volt supply and the vacuum pump was in rack 5.  Air bearing heads were not included and the optional  compressor would be external if the upgrade was done.
