Hi Nick:

I thought so at first glance, but when I enlarge it and compare it to a 
Recortec that I have here, it isn't quite the same.  Most notable is that 
the frames display seems to be larger than the other digits.  Were some of 
the Recortec's made that way?  Also, mine have "RECORTEC" in fairly large 
letters just abve the display area.  So I'm not sure who made it, but it 
definitely doesn't match the version that I have.
