[QuadList] What's wrong with this ad contest

I have only ever repaired one VR 1100, but it did not have pictures in
Shuttle
I would have remembered that as one giant leap.........

Time to get back to a quad related post.  I've often been amused by the gap 
between the marketing folks and the actual product.  There are at least 3 
things wrong with the picture in this Ampex ad.  One of them is even 
acknowledged in the text, but what are the other 2?  And for bonus points, 
tell which year this appeared at NAB!
