How many AVR1's were made in total, and how many have survived. Our ACR25
was being used into the 90's (having been replaced by Betacart in the mid
80's) at a regional station for ad's and promos, then they went straight to
a video server.

Did you ever see (or hear of) a manually spliced, endless tape loop running
smoothly up, and over, and around the tape machine and making a perfect
picture across the splice, over and over again as it was dubbed to a 2nd
generation tape? Or was that a common demonstration in the early 60s?
