[QuadList] Testing--Please ignore

Hi John and everyone,

There were at least 5 machines that were built in relatively small quantities, less than 500, which included the AVR-1, ACR-25, ADR-150 ( seven systems) AVR-3, and the ACR-225 ( about 125?)
These were all Hi-Tech machines for their time.
The leader in later years was the VPR-3, with over 2300 built and shipped.

Bye for now, Bill & Gewyn & Ginger (whoof...whoof)

How many AVR1's were made in total, and how many have
survived. Our ACR25 was being used into the 90's (having been replaced by
Betacart in the mid 80's) at a regional station for ad's and promos, then they
went straight to a video server.

Did you ever see (or hear of) a manually spliced,
endless tape loop running smoothly up, and over, and around the tape machine and
making a perfect picture across the splice, over and over again as it was dubbed
to a 2nd generation tape?  Or was that a common demonstration in the early
60s?
