Hi Chris:

I did see the Spin Physics label on the preamp, but the other SP rebuilds that I have seen also have a label on the head motor cover which this one does not.  Seems odd that it would not have a prominent label on the front which makes me wonder if the preamp has been swapped out.

I agree with Park that it looks very used.  One weird thing....the paint on the motor cover is worn off beside the drum...definitely not freshly rebuilt...but how does that happen???

  I did not notice the dirt.  I posted it because it is a head assembly.
