[QuadList] 1966 Brigadoon question

The TV remake of Brigadoon starring Robert Goulet and Peter Falk was aired only twice (1966 and 1968). James Brady was nominated for an Emmy Award for tape editing on this show. It was never released on any home format. There are poor quality snippets on You Tube which were recorded on a helical format machine. 

My question to the group:   Does anyone know if the master quad tape still exists and if there are any higher quality copies available?
