I remember fondly how in the 60s BE was not free to everyone and the CE
would keep the current issue hidden until all the job application
deadlines had passed!  There used to be two or three full pages of jobs
back then and lately it was one or two ads at the most.  Between BE and
Broadcasting magazine (later to become Broadcasting & Cable) was where
you looked for jobs in the broadcasting industry back in the 60s and
70s.
