[QuadList] VR2000 large round control button lamp replacement

If you're talking about the buttons I recall, the round white plastic
backlit buttons
that fit into a dark grey cup which holds the switch mechanism,
I've always just pulled the white plastic button straight out.
Sometimes tricky to get the bulb base to slide out of the metal center
piece.

I've also seen the white plastic crack where it was molded around the metal
center piece,
so be careful to only pull straight out!
