Very sorry for the multiple replies to the "Help identify" thread.  The 
first reply which I sent several days ago never appeared.  This evening, the 
third reply, which I sent after the first two attempts failed, showed up 
first.  Then the other two showed up later, each about 4 minutes apart.  On 
the one (#3) that went thru correctly, I changed the subject, a trick 
suggested by David C.  If Ted or anyone else has any idea of what the 
problem may be, please share.  Seems that sometimes it works, and sometimes 
it doesn't, or it may have to "think" about it for a while.  Very 
frustrating!
