[QuadList] Weekend Picture Puzzle for 2/26/2011-Background on newer machine

Wonder if that machine came back to earth, or just burned up in re-entry? If it did stay on the craft but perhaps partially survived the incineration, parts may have hit someones back yard (Mommy, what is this thing that landed near our dog spot called a "head wheel"???)
