No doubt that the 328 is readily available if that's what you need, but it's a 6v lamp which seems a bit unusual for switchers and quads!  Much more common would be 24v & 28v varieties of which there are also plenty from the vendors Ted listed.  And yes, there are LED replacements for all of the above, but the application often determines how well it will function for the intended purpose since the light emitted by the LED units is not generally radiated in the same way as their incandescent counterparts.  For example, LED replacements often work well for illuminated push-button switches, but poorly for VU meters.
