A translation of the Japanese PDF is-

This machine has been modified from previous model, 7400.
It is separable from recoding part and playback part.
It uses more ICs and LSI, therefore it has less electric consumption of 
1/2 -1/3.
It has analog TBC plus digital 8 bit PCM TBC. It can also correct 1H 
(63.t micro second) p-p jitter and drift.
